The Apericena
As the final notes fade into the Florentine night, the magic continues with an exclusive pre or post-concert “Apericena.”Beneath the historic vaults of the venue, guests are invited to savor a curated selection of fine local wines and gourmet Tuscan delights. It is the perfect sensory finale—a moment to toast with the artists, share the evening’s emotions, and let the flavors of Italy linger as long as the melody.
The Venue
A Baroque Jewel in the Heart of Florence
Walking through Piazza San Firenze, it is impossible to miss the Complesso di San Firenze. This imposing landmark, spanning over 3,700 square meters, is a rare jewel of Baroque architecture in the heart of Florence. Once a Philippine friars’ convent and later the city’s Courthouse, the complex now invites visitors to explore its magnificent Music Hall, featuring Giuliano Traballesi’s 1775 fresco The Assumption of the Virgin, and a specialized Performing Arts Libraryhousing nearly 10,000 volumes curated according to the personal vision of the legendary director Franco Zeffirelli.

Notes that Mend Time
This church has weathered floods, wars, and deep wounds, rising each time with a rare dignity. Today, having moved beyond its liturgical past, it has found a new soul in the breath of the orchestra. We don’t seek a distant, grand stage, but the intimacy of a place that has learned how to withstand the centuries. Under its decorated ceilings, the gap between performer and listener vanishes. The music fills the spaces left by time, turning every concert into a moment of honest, raw connection, far from the modern rush of the city.
